Mr. Ferstman spent 13 years with GTC, ultimately serving as Group Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board. During his tenure, he helped lead the company to an investment-grade rating from Fitch, executed GTC’s inaugural €500 million Eurobond, and advanced the firm’s standing as a recognized ESG-compliant issuer and operator.
