Introduction:

According to Forbes: The interest in the psychosocial factors of the workplace is not new. Since 1984 there was a mixed report of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the World Health Organization (WHO) that referred to the subject. Since then, regulations have been created in countries in Europe (under the EU legislation), Asia and Oceania. In Latin America, Uruguay, Argentina, Puerto Rico, Brazil stand out, and with more emphasis on psychosocial risks Chile, Peru, Venezuela and Colombia. Mexico has aligned with the trend since 2016. The issue is no less if we know that, according to WHO, by 2020 depression will be the leading cause of disability in developing countries, such as ours. They also increase addiction to alcohol, tobacco, or syndromes typical of work environments, such as burnout (burn worker syndrome) or anxiety. The system is based on the detection of daily emotions of employees when entering and leaving work, focusing on a daily and monthly report of the worker, as well as highlighting daily alerts or significant changes in emotions and feelings of human resources upon entering and leaving the workplace.

System Operation

The employee when arriving at the workplace makes a finger check or NTC card check at the fixed station or at the mobile station. After verification, the employee must say the same sentence every day to the access control device,for example: name and then I came to work or when leaving name and I am going home. (in their own language) The real-time system connects to the system via the internet and analyzes the emotional state of the worker, then sends in real time to the management system a daily report by employee and alert in case it is generated.
